Chronic preventative disease is the result of inflammation in the body, which manifests when it's under some form of stress - whether emotional, physical, or environmental. Most don't know that the single most effective way to reduce inflammation and minimize the symptoms of chronic, preventative disease is simply by maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle.

 

My Immune Reset 6-month coaching program is designed to help you navigate life with chronic disease by healing your gut and teaching you how to live a less inflammatory lifestyle. We'll complete twelve 50-minute private sessions in person (Toronto only) or phone/video call, over a 6-month period. This is enough time for us to create new healthy eating and self-care habits to crowd out any bad habits and bring balance to your body so it can go back to functioning the way it's meant to. 

 

Diet is only one half of living a healthy lifestyle. Once you understand how to fuel your body properly with food, we'll address imbalances in other areas of your life where you may feel dissatisfaction, such as your self-care routine, relationships, spirituality, physical activity, creativity, finances, career, etc. 

 

Above all else, this program teaches you how to listen to your body and prioritize choices that support your overall wellbeing. By learning how to eat and live well, you'll reduce your inflammation along with the symptoms of your chronic disease, bringing good health and a sense of empowerment back into your life.

Coaching Program

Did you know that all chronic, preventative disease can be traced back to an unhealthy gut? Yep. Every organ in your body is connected to your gut where most of our immune system resides, so when there's an imbalance in your gut, it affects the rest of your body negatively.


The most common issue behind poor gut health is a leaky gut, caused by a combination of poor diet, medications, environmental toxins, or a stressful lifestyle. Without being addressed, leaky gut can lead to chronic inflammation and trigger the onset of preventative disease such as autoimmune, allergies, asthma, cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome, obesity, and even some cancers. Most people don't realize they're suffering from a leaky gut because it's symptoms range vastly; from excessive gas, constipation, diarrhea, bloating, brain fog, poor memory, low energy, unrestful sleep, skin rashes like eczema or psoriasis, intense cravings, mood disorders, and joint pain. 

My 3-month Gut Makeover program is designed to heal your gut using healthy food chosen specifically for your unique body because there is no single eating approach that works for everyone. You'll learn how to listen to your body, eat intuitively, plan and prepare healthy meals, and ultimately how to eat to ensure optimal health and disease prevention.

 
 

Guided Grocery Shopping

The grocery or health food store can be an intimidating place for some. My guided shopping service teaches you how to navigate these spaces with confidence and ease.

 

We'll explore a local food store of your choice together. I'll show you which foods to focus on, which inflammation-causing foods to avoid, how to read food labels, and which staple items all kitchens should have to prepare wholesome and healthy meals anytime. 

 

This service is included at no additional cost as one session in my coaching programs or available to book as a single service. 

 

Food & Personal Care Makeovers

Modern society, while convenient, is quite toxic, which can be taxing on our immune systems. My food or personal care makeovers are designed to help you reduce your toxic load by weeding out some of the harmful chemicals in your life. 

 

I'll visit your home to evaluate the products in your kitchen or personal care routine and suggest cleaner, safer alternatives for any 'problem areas' that I uncover. No judgment! Like everything I do, my goal is to help you uncover your very best life.

 
 

Bowl Prep Academy

Let me start off by saying, I'm by no means a professional chef. For years I hated cooking but when I was diagnosed with my autoimmune disease and my diet became more specific, well, a girls gotta eat! Today, I love simple, wholesome cooking - especially anything that can be served up in a pretty bowl! Soups, stews, smoothies, Buddha bowls - I just love how many healthy, nutrient-dense foods you can pack into a bowl.

 

My love of bowl based meals is why Bowl Prep Academy was born. It's a meal prep service that teaches you how to master weekend meal prep for yourself. Together, we'll pick five healthy, served-in-a-bowl meals and I'll walk you through the preparation of them in your kitchen where you're most comfortable. I'm a huge fan of weekly meal prep because it sets you up for healthy eating success throughout your busy week. Upon completion of one Bowl Prep Academy session, you'll walk away with ten delicious servings of food and instructions on how to prep like a pro without me.

Your Best Life Talks

Coming from the corporate advertising world, I know how stressful the daily grind can be. Businesses around the world are beginning to prioritize the health and well-being of their employees in hopes of reducing the amount of absenteeism and disability that occurs in today's overworked society.

 

I offer a range of one-hour wellness talks designed to teach your employees, colleagues (or any group of people, really) simple skills to mitigate the effects of stress through self-care and nourishing the body with good food. Topics range from the healing power of food, how to heal the gut, the dangers of sugar, finding gratitude, reducing inflammation and more. Or you can opt to have a workshop customized specifically for your group.
