The most common cause of poor gut health is leaky gut, where food particles and other toxins leak from the intestinal tract into the bloodstream. If left unchecked, leaky gut can lead to chronic inflammation and ultimately trigger the onset of lifelong, sometimes debilitating disease.
Most people don't realize they have a leaky gut because symptoms range so vastly - from excessive gas, constipation, diarrhea, bloating, brain fog, poor memory, low energy, unrestful sleep, skin rashes like eczema or psoriasis, intense cravings, mood disorders, and joint pain.
