If it was sold as food, I believed it was safe to eat. Sadly, this isn't true. There are lots of 'foods' available to us that are more like poison if you ask me. They may not kill us instantly but they absolutely contribute to accelerated aging and chronic disease.
In this video, I break down how to read food labels for smarter shopping and healthier eating. The simplest (and healthiest) option is to eat whole foods, (a.k.a single ingredient food) like an avocado. But life is busy and some things only come packaged so this video will help you make better choices when you need to go the packaged route.
