Easy Egg Roll in a Bowl

It doesn't get easier than this one! This recipe is fully elimination diet compliant, anti-inflammatory, gut healthy, super simple, and oh so delicious. And you only need a few simple ingredients to whip it up in 10 minutes or less!

What you need to make this dish:
  • 2 bags pre chopped coleslaw

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1 tbsp Chinese Five Spice

  • 1/4 cup Coconut aminos (or low sodium Tamari sauce)

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil (or olive or coconut)

  • Green onions, sliced, for garnish (optional)

What you need to do to make this dish:
  1. Add your oil to a large frying pan or wok on medium

  2. Add ground turkey and cook through until no longer pink.

  3. Add coleslaw, coconut aminos, Chinese Five Spice and black pepper to pan, stir to combine.

  4. Garnish with fresh green onions (optional). Enjoy!
