This is the easiest chia jam you'll ever make - with just a few simple ingredients and ready in 10 minutes or less. We make it in big batches and freeze it for adding to porridges, gluten-free crackers, toast, even smoothies in a pinch!
What you need to make this recipe:
2 cups organic frozen berries of choice (mixed works too!)
2 tbsp whole chia seeds
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
Juice from 1 orange or lemon
What to do to make this recipe:
Add everything to a small pot on stove and bring to a low simmer
Simmer for 10 minutes until a jam like consistency forms
