Refined sugar-free chia jam

Time: 10 minutes Serves: 6


This is the easiest chia jam you'll ever make - with just a few simple ingredients and ready in 10 minutes or less. We make it in big batches and freeze it for adding to porridges, gluten-free crackers, toast, even smoothies in a pinch!

What you need to make this recipe:
  • 2 cups organic frozen berries of choice (mixed works too!)

  • 2 tbsp whole chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

  • Juice from 1 orange or lemon

What to do to make this recipe:
  1. Add everything to a small pot on stove and bring to a low simmer

  2. Simmer for 10 minutes until a jam like consistency forms
